The International Bank of Cameroon for Savings and Credit (BICEC) is recruiting a Senior Banker

MISSION

• Develop the commercial relationship and profitability of the bank with key accounts (strategic customers and complex financial products).

POST ACTIVITIES

• Undertake commercial procedures and ensure the implementation of operations carried out by project managers;
• Maintain a high-level relationship with decision-making interlocutors within Large Account customers;
• Develop cross-selling for all of the bank’s products;
• Ensure the preparation of structured financing files:
• Analyze risks and carry out the necessary controls in risk management;
• Ensure the successful achievement of previously defined financial and business objectives.

PROFILE

• Higher education diploma (BACC 5 minimum) specialized in corporate finance, financial engineering, tax law, business law, audit or banking diploma (ITB):
• Banking experience of at least 5 years as Senior Corporate Account Manager, Branch Manager

• Mastery of financial analysis
• Mastery of computer tools (office automation, job-related software).

• Good negotiation and persuasive skills
• Decision-making skills and sense of risk;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize:
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines;
• Availability and ability to handle pressure;
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team.
