the NGO JAPSSO is recruiting Technical Coordinator

As part of the realization of its activities, the NGO JAPSSO launches a call for applications for the recruitment of a Technical Coordinator for implementation of interventions in prison settings and camps/sites refugees in Cameroon

PROFILE

Bac + 5 years in project management, monitoring and evaluation or in a field connected
Minimum 04 years of professional experience including 02 years of experience previous professional studies relevant in particular in the context of projects funded by international donors or NGOs
Minimum one year of experience as a Programme Officer or Project Coordinator
Experience with Global Fund projects and procedures
Have worked in a similar position

Working knowledge of the use of software dedicated to the management of project (ACCESS, EXCEL, EPI DATA, etc.)
Organizational skills, analytical rigour and timeliness required for production and transmission of documents
Very good leadership and coordination skills
Ability to write technical reports
Ability to build strong working relationships with Different functions and cultures
Ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet
Perfect written and oral proficiency in French and/or English

Places of performance of the contract:

The places of performance of the staff contracts are: Yaoundé with travel within ten Regions.

Working Conditions:

Employment contract under local law
Remuneration according to profile, experience and budget availability
Duration of the contract determined: 10 months with a trial period of 02 months.
Starting date: early January 2023

HOW TO APPLY?

In sealed envelopes with the mention: “NOTICE OF CALL FOR APPLICATIONS IN EMERGENCY OPEN N ° 002 GIZ Pro-PASSaR /JAPSSO/ NFM 3/DE/DAF/2022 for the position of Technical Coordinator”, the documents to be provided are: a cover letter, a CV, a photocopy of the last diploma or certificate, proof of experience, half a 4*4 photo, a photocopy of the national identity card, a medical certificate dating from less than a month, two references and the salary claim.

To be deposited in Yaoundé, at the level of the NGO JAPSSO located in Bastos, on the Fifth Level of the Building between the Embassy of Russia and the Embassy of Spain.

Any incomplete file, sent late or filed with partners will be rejected outright.
