Duration:4 months
RESPONSIBILITIES
It will be for the volunteer to:
- Map exploitation titles in WWF Cameroon’s intervention landscapes;
- Contribute to the participatory mapping of areas of high conservation value and degraded areas in community and communal forests
- Contribute to the production of semi-annual technical reports of the project
PROFILE
Required functional skills
- Minimum Bac +5 in Geographic Information System (GIS)
- Mastery of GPS and cartographic tool such as ARCView, ARCGis, QGis, Map Info etc)
- Ability to communicate, and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Adheres to WWF’s values, which are: Collaboration, Courage, Integrity, aligns and identifies with WWF’s core values: Courage, Integrity,
- Respect and Collaboration.
