BACKGROUND

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with other officers and management in developing the Organization’s yearly training plan

• Market the department to gain customers and improve company revenue

• Implement all training activities

• Able to use data to show (evaluate) the impact of all BAI learning activities (trainings courses and Programmes).

• Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum development, teaching, educational administration/Psychology, Human resources development, or other related field

• Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for teaching and public speaking
