As part of the expansion of our activities, Turtle Assurance Kesug SA is looking for 15 motivated and competent call center advisors in the CEMAC Zone to provide quality customer service through teleworking.

Desired profile Mandatory
Criteria marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Please ensure you meet them to be eligible for this position.
Be located in one of the following countries: Cameroon, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Chad.”
Level of education: Minimum baccalaureate.

Fluent French (oral and written).
A minimum BL level in English is a plus.
SKILLS:
Good interpersonal skills and good listening skills.
Ability to work in a team and remotely.
Proficiency in basic computer tools.

Respond to requests for information and handle complaints.
Provide personalized follow-up and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Offer solutions tailored to customer needs.
