As part of its Expansion, Our Structure specializing in the provision of IT Services and Professional Training under the supervision of MINEFOP, is looking for:

Two  Secretaries / Accounting Secretaries

Missions:

You are in charge of the Secretariat and the control of commercial and accounting documents. You monitor the cash flow forecast under the control of a manager, management of quotes, student management, invoicing, collection. You provide telephone and physical reception.

 

 

Profile : 

• BAC G1/G2 or BTS/BAC+2 or License in Accounting or related discipline
• Be passionate about digital professions
• Have at least 01 year of experience
• Master the areas of accounting and secretarial work
• Languages: French / English

• Ability to work in a team

• Adaptability and flexibility
