Join a dynamic team and provide local SAP technical support!
Contract: Permanent
Assignment:
- Provide local SAP technical support.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- Manage incidents, problems and changes in all skills including the technical part of the SAP application and infrastructure;
- Interface with all delivery skills including applications, database, infrastructure as well as service desk to resolve issues
- Communicate with CTO and SAP Service Delivery Manager in case of significant escalation.
Profile:
- Bac+3/4 in IT, engineering, technical sciences or related disciplines
- 3 years minimum experience required in SAP system administration (including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Netweaver, SAP solution manager…)
- HANA 2.0 certification is an asset.
- Good knowledge of database management (SQL Server, Hana) and operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows)
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Being able to express yourself well in English is an asset.
