Positioned in the market for drinks and specialty beers, our brewery produces thousands of hectoliters every month, which are marketed in glass bottles, PET bottles, and kegs.

MARKET IMPACT TEAM MEMBER

DEPARTMENT: Marketing & Innovations

MISSION:

As a member of the MIT, your mission is to list UCB products with retailers. You will be the driving force behind product visibility, partner engagement, and consumer involvement.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Drive stock depletion: support the sales of business partners through effective product promotion, merchandising, and on-site promotions;

Spot sales: actively identify and integrate new points of sale, minimarkets, and locations into our partner network;

Check stock: conduct regular stock audits at partner points of sale to ensure product availability and maintain optimal stock rotation;

Generate orders: interact directly with retail sales partners to secure product orders and coordinate restocking via distribution channels;

Place POSM: strategically deploy point-of-sale materials (POSM) to strengthen brand presence and consumer recall;

Collect business feedback: gather real-time feedback from business partners and consumers to inform strategic marketing and logistics adjustments.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Probatoire or Baccalaureate in any series;

Sales skills;

Negotiation skills;

Ability to use the WhatsApp application;

Ability to work under pressure;

Autonomy, persuasiveness, proactiveness.
