 The company UNION CAMEROUNAISE DE BRASSERIES (UCB), a subsidiary of the KADJI Group is looking for a FIXED ASSETS AND INVESTMENTS ACCOUNTANT for its needs.

• Academic level: BACC -2/3 in Accounting and Finance
• Occupational classification: Category 9 step A
• Professional experience: 05 years of experience in a similar position

MISSION

• Stay up the proper management, safeguarding and conservation of heritage the company; Ensure the management, codification and monitoring of fixed assets:
• Organize and monitor physical inventory operations of fixed assets.

ACTIVITIES:

Activity I: Monitoring and accounting management of fixed assets

• Ensure the application of capital asset management procedures:
• Ensure the correct receipt of all fixed assets in SAP:
• Carry out maintenance and permanent updating of the management database fixed assets, capital files;
• Ensure the commissioning and codification of approved fixed assets;
• Ensure the proper distribution of capital assets received by office, building and centre;
• Monitor all capital asset movements (transfers, disposals, rebusting,);
• Establish the minutes of commissioning of fixed assets;
• Establish exit reports of fixed assets;
• Ensure the proper management of the physical inventory of fixed assets;
• Stay up the discharge of proceedings arising during reconciliation between the physical inventory and the accounting data of the fixed assets:
• Ensure that the procedures for backing up and closing the asset base are applied;
• Propose possible updates to capital asset management procedures.
• Ensure proper recognition of monthly depreciation charges asset management with the accounting department;

Activity 2: Budget monitoring of investments

• Bring support for the production of certain tasks of the Directorate (dashboards, budget presentation reports, analyses financial…)
• Participate in the realization of budget closing operations (depreciation …)
• Create asset records (assets and related budgets) in SAP and ensure the reliability of the data (accounting imputation, compliance with Analytical codes, vehicle registration, State references and cadastral, origin of property, purchase value, net worth accountant…) Manage and track fixed assets in their Budgetary and accounting implications
• Reconcile the balances of the accounting accounts generated by the database

KNOW-HOW:

• Understand the procedures for commissioning and accounting monitoring of fixed assets
• Understand the procedures for monitoring the investment budget in a processing industry
• Know how to apply capital asset regulations
• To know use the various office software (Excel, Word, Internet Explore, …) Know how to use specific software (SAGE, X3, SAP,…)
• Mastery of management, arithmetic and accounting
