Urgent Message: Recruitment of 02 Military Student Registrars
Competition Details:
Exam Dates: 14 & 15 June 2025 starting at 7:30 AM.
Location: ENAM (National School of Administration and Magistracy).
Eligibility Criteria:
Hold the rank of Marshal-of-Lodgings, Sergeant, or Second Petty Officer.
Maximum age: 32 years as of 1 January 2025.
Educational Qualifications:
Baccalaureate or GCE “A” Level in at least two subjects (excluding Religious Knowledge), obtained in the same examination session.
Legal studies qualification or equivalent diploma.
Documents Required:
Downloaded application form from www.enam.cm.
Certified copy of required diploma.
Attestation of original diploma presentation, signed by the Regional Governor, Prefect, or Sub-Prefect.
Registration fee: 25,000 CFA francs.
Bulletin No. 3 (criminal record) dated less than three (03) months.
Additional Notes:
Checkboxes and urgency classifications (e.g., Routine, Urgent, Immediate, Flash) must be marked appropriately.
Key Requirements & Instructions
Documents to Submit:
Medical certificate dated less than three (03) months, signed by an administration-approved physician.
Certified copy of a handwritten or typewritten birth certificate.
Handwritten application addressed to MINDEF (Ministry of Defence).
Reduced dossier (specific file format).
Academic records and disciplinary reports from the last three (03) years.
Four (04) color 4×4 passport photos in uniform (without headgear).

Submission Deadline:
Completed files must be submitted to MINDEF/DJM by Monday, 26 May 2025 at 3:30 PM after validation by ENAM (National School of Administration and Magistracy).
