The International NGO Safety Organisation (INSO) is an international charity organisation based in the Hague that support projects in fifteen countries on the safety of aid workers in high-risk contexts. INSO provides registered NGOs with a range of free services including real-time incident tracking, analytical reports, safety related data and mapping, crisis management support, staff orientations and training.
INSO services help NGOs with their day-to-day risk management responsibilities and improve their overall situational awareness to support evidence-based humanitarian access decisions.
We are looking to hire a 4X4 SUV Vehicle from registered and establish companies in the North West for a Long Term Agreement contract for our operations in Cameroon specially in Bamenda with travels to Bafoussam, Douala and in all of the West, South West and North West Regions with the following specifications and conditions below:

Notes:
– The vehicle would be supplied with full tank at the beginning of the contract and the vehicle will be rendered with the full tank at the end of the contract.
– The Vehicle will be used 24 hours with INSO driver and INSO will oversee the fuel consumption during the total period of the contract.
– Services and minor repairs (brake changes, tires changes, electricity, etc.) are the responsibilities of the rental company.
– No advance payment will be done in any circumstances, all payment will be done at the end of every month prior submission of invoice and the log sheets verified and approved by the FOA.
– A full control of the vehicle will be done by the logistics before the contract (Kilometers, first aid kits, the tires, lift, brakes, cleanliness, etc).
– The vehicle should not have colours similar to the armed forces vehicles (dark blue, green, dark green, green forest)
– The vehicle retained for our operations in Bamenda will be inspected and validated by the logistics prior to the contract signature
– Registration documents (carte grise, assurance, etc) should accompany the offers with up-to-date dates and bank account on the name of the company.
– In case of brokage, the vehicles should be replaced immediately by the owner.
– In case of vehicle regular maintenance (services: A, B, C, D), INSO should be notified 72 hours before and the owner should ensure replacement of the car.
The quotes with the pictures, the price and the mileage of each vehicle proposed should reach us no later than 15th August /2022 at 12:00 a.m. Quotes will be sent by email to: ops.manager@cmr.ngosafety.org and copy sa.southwest@cmr.ngosafety.org / logistics@cmr.ngosafety.org

The contract start date is September 1st, 2022, at Bamenda.
