Description
MISSIONS & ACTIVITIES
- Targeting, Allocation and Management of customer data value
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer voice value at the individual level
- Participate in the construction of the CBM strategy in its voice value management axis for the next 3 years
- Ensure the evaluation and reporting of all campaigns related to voice value management
- Define the impacts (IS / processes / businesses / customer journey / marketing)
- Analysis and Modeling
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify elements that impact churn
- Carry out predictive analyses on churn in order to optimize the effectiveness of loyalty programs
- Develop statistical models that will allow us to understand the impact of marketing actions and competition on churn
- Competitive intelligence and customer experience
- Ensure that anti-churn programs are taken into account when defining the value proposition
- Establish optimal segmentation that supports the company’s anti-churn strategy and customer experience
- Conduct a review of the “best practices” of anti-churn campaigns in the telecommunications sector and put them into practice at Orange Cameroon
- Organize phone schedules for a better understanding of how customers perceive our offers
- Loyalty program management
- Ensure optimal execution of the loyalty program in order to minimize costs, increase the company’s turnover, reduce churn and improve customer satisfaction
- Acquisition and Retention
- Ensure growth of the customer base (focus on Data)
- Ensure basic awareness of the company’s various key products
Qualifications
Typical training: BAC + 5 Engineer Statistician Economist / Data Scientist / Analytical or quantitative Marketing / Computer Engineer
Minimum experience: one year of experience in a company handling large volumes of data with applications in data mining
