EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – YOCO SERVICES
We are looking for a competent, organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the General Manager, managing appointments, handling phone calls and email messages (WhatsApp/Messenger), as well as managing certain administrative tasks (data entry and office automation).
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong ability to manage priorities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication. She should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
