We are looking for a friendly sales associate to assist customers in our laptop, electronics and accessories store. The sales assistant is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find items in the store and registering purchases.
To be successful as a salesperson, you must
have excellent communication skills. A good salesperson achieves
her sales goals while remaining polite and helpful to customers.
- Greet customers.
- Help customers find items in the store.
- Check stock in other branches or order requested stock for customers.
- Provide customers with item information.
- Register your purchases.
- Raise complaints to management.
- Keep track of inventory.
- A degree in sales, marketing, commerce or a related field would be an advantage.
- Relevant experience as a salesperson
- To be bilingual
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible working hours.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Motivation to work busy shifts
