WE ARE RECRUITING: 01 SALES TEAM LEADER (M/F) – BAFOUSSAM AT NSIA LIFE INSURANCE
MISSIONS
Your main mission will be to participate in the development of the commercial activity through the organization and management of the sales consultants in your team.
In this capacity, your main activities will be to:
• Design and implement the commercial action plan with a view to achieving the objectives assigned to the team:
• Participate in the recruitment and training of a network of sales representatives; • Build loyalty and manage the sales network;
• Provide technical and commercial support;
• Ensure regular monitoring, quantitatively and qualitatively, of commercial results;
• Organize and coordinate commercial events in order to develop sales;
• Produce various activity reports to the Individual Network Manager.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Perfect knowledge of sales techniques
• Solid knowledge of negotiation techniques
Mastery of database management software
• Excellent management skills
• Excellent listening skills
Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of the sector and its products
• Mastery of English may be required
• Have good resistance to the stress of argumentation and
persuasion
REQUIRED DIPLOMAS AND MINIMUM AGE
• Minimum Bac +3 level training in Sales Action, Marketing or other similar training.
• You have at least 02 years of experience in a high-performing sales team.
• Age 35 maximum.
