MISSIONS
Develop sales of the car rental product/service throughout the territory.
1. Business development:
• Define and implement, in collaboration with the Head of Strategy, Marketing and Communication Department. and under the supervision of the Sales and Operations Director, the commercial strategy for the car rental service.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt the car rental service offering.
• Implement commercial actions to achieve sales objectives.
2. Customer relations:
• Supervise rental operations to ensure an optimal customer experience. • Handle customer complaints and special requests.
• Develop partnerships and commercial relationships with companies and agencies.
3. Performance monitoring:
• Set up performance indicators and monitoring tools.
• Analyze sales results and compare them to the objectives set.
• Propose corrective actions in the event of deviation from objectives.
4. Team management:
• Supervise, motivate and train the sales team:
• Set objectives and ensure the evaluation of employee performance.
5. Operational management:
• Ensure the smooth running of rental operations.
• Collaborate with the Fleet Manager for optimal management of the latter.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.
6. Budget management:
• Establish and manage the car rental service budget.
• Monitor margins to ensure the profitability of the service.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Significant experience in a sales or management position in the car rental industry.
Experience in team management and business development is desired.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of the car rental industry. Proficiency in management and reporting tools.
• Managerial skills: Ability to lead a team, motivate and train employees.• Sales skills: Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
• Interpersonal skills: Customer service skills, ability to manage conflict situations and maintain quality professional relationships.
• Organizational skills: Effective time and priority management. Ability to work under pressure.
