KAGEDEV is a non-governmental organization for development working in
the fields of education, training, health and culture. In addition to its own
initiatives, KAGEDEV supports local actors in Cameroon in the design,
development and implementation of education projects. The objective is to strengthen the
capacities and promote the autonomy of populations (communities, parents, teachers,
etc.) in Cameroon so that they can become sustainable actors in their own lives and
responsible citizens.

Job description
Attached to the executive and customer experience assistant, you join the Marketing team, as
a Webmaster. As part of the organization’s strategy, you will be in charge of managing
the organization’s digital platforms and participating in the recruitment and retention
of targets via digital channels.
Your main missions
• Manage and ensure the technical maintenance of all our digital platforms
• Locate and correct errors encountered on our websites
• Manage technical incidents in the operation of the websites
• Ensure testing and acceptance testing for the deployment of new features, Ensure the
proper functioning of the services offered,
• Ensure the regulatory compliance of the sites.
• Technical integration for platform animation and publication of value-added campaigns
for our targets (B2B and B2C)
• Carry out the technical and graphic integration of editorial content in partnership with
our marketing and product teams and the communications department
• Contribute to updating product pages
• Carry out the technical integration of email templates and marketing automation journeys

Provide web performance reports related to digital campaigns
• Traffic analysis and management of the SEO performance of the platforms
• Implement the projects and actions necessary to improve the SEO of
our sites
• Set up the tools and monitor the performance of our sites in terms of traffic.
Desired profile
Graduate of a higher education in IT, multimedia or web communication, you
have successful initial experience in a similar position, in a company or agency.
You have very good technical skills in creating websites on
WordPress
You are used to working in Google environments (analytics, tag manager, data
studio, search console), using Adobe (photoshop, indesign, illustrator, dremweaver, acrobat) and
ideally know a project management tool such as Trello (not mandatory).
Your strong appetite for technology is enriched by a real sensitivity for
marketing and communication. Both solution-oriented and customer-oriented, you are
also recognized for your interpersonal skills and your analytical skills. This allows you
to identify and understand the company’s business issues.
Finally, you are willing to invest in an international dimension and your
level of English (B1 minimum) allows you to interact (by e-mail and orally) with the
organization’s contacts and partners.
Your skills
• “Jack of all trades” in IT,
• Mastery of WordPress and web languages (html, CSS),
• Knowledge of DIVI is a plus
• Usual mastery of ADOBE suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
• Knowledge of e-marketing tools (emailing, sms) and advertising campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
• Higher education (Bac+3/5) in digital communication and content writing
(or equivalent)
• You have a perfect command of French: grammar and spelling
• 2 to 5 years’ experience
