Workshop Supervisor
Description
- Responsible for organizing, planning and control of the workforce attached to the Repair Unit.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for organizing, planning and control of the workforce attached to the Repair Unit.
- Ensuring that repairs under his control are done with the best professional practice as stipulated on the scheduled procedure.
- Ensuring the maximum utilization of human, financial and material resources are best utilized to the desired result
- Ensuring that the preventive maintenance planning is strictly respected
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the Head of Maintenance
Requirements
Education and Work Experience
- A technical level in auto mechanic or its equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.
Skills and Behaviors
- Good knowledge of truck parts and functions
- Hands on experience on truck repairs
- Strong organizing and time management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
