Main Mission:
Reporting to the Life Commercial Production Manager, your mission will be to handle and manage the operational aspects of individual life insurance contracts. You will ensure compliance, quality, and production deadlines while contributing to the satisfaction of clients and partners.
Job Description:
- Process subscription requests and record contracts in the system.
- Verify documents and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Issue contracts within agreed deadlines with partners and clients.
- Update contractual data based on client requests.
- Provide personalized follow-up on client and partner requests.
- Respond to inquiries and complaints related to contract production.
- Offer technical advice on life insurance products.
- Provide regular activity reports on production.
- Develop dashboards to track performance.
- Identify and report malfunctions for quick resolution.
- Participate in identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Propose solutions to reduce delays and enhance service quality.
- Monitor regulations to adapt practices accordingly.
Required Profile:
- Education: Bac +2/3 in Insurance or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing life insurance contracts. Experience in client relations or with partners is an asset.
