We are looking for a HR Business Developer – Recruitment – Portage (a real hunter!) to develop our client portfolio and market our HR services and solutions. This position is ideal for a seasoned B2B salesperson, expert in prospecting and comfortable with selling HR solutions.
Main missions
Continuously develop a solid client portfolio (SMEs, ETIs, Key accounts): commercial prospecting
(phoning, mailing, appointment setting, negotiations, commercial proposals, closing) Establish lasting relationships with your clients to create the link and present our service offers (CDI, CDD recruitment, Contracting, Freelance, Salary & commercial portage, Payroll, …) Sell our recruitment services and solutions, payroll management, salary and commercial portage, Saas & CVTech employment platform Implement a sourcing strategy and identify potential partners and candidates. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing. Desired profile • Training: Bac+3/5 in Commerce, HR, Management or IT Experience: Minimum 4 years in B2B sales (HR, recruitment, ESN, portage or business services) Good command of French and English Knowledge or appetite for the HR sector, temporary work, portage and payroll solutions Location: Douala, Cameroon (possible travel within the sub-region) Sector: HR Consulting, Recruitment, Payroll, Portage, IT Consulting
