The Société des céréales du Cameroun, a subsidiary of the KADJI group specializing in the production of cereal-based flour, is seeking, as part of improving its coverage and market control, two (2) Commercial Supervisors for the West and the Center.

Position mission
Under the supervision of the Regional Manager and the Sales Director, the Sales Supervisor coordinates sales activities, secures orders. He is responsible for the performance of his work area, plans and organizes the work.
Job Activities

- Supervises and coordinates sales
- Distributes and monitors sales targets assigned to him/her by client
- Increase prospecting and testing in order to recruit new clients

- Ensures sales and brand development in the work area
- Collects orders from customers, forwards them to the Sales Secretary and follows up on deliveries
- Ensures the monitoring of its customers’ accounts and compliance with invoice payment exchanges – implements the communication and promotion strategy in the field in collaboration with the CME and the Wheat flour Sales Manager,
- Ensures competitive monitoring: prices, promotional offers, field deployment, etc.
- Conducts satisfaction surveys and suggests improvements
- Prepares a daily report to the Sales Manager of the Wheat Flour Division and a weekly report to the Sales Director
