About the position
NFC BANK is seeking two highly experienced Senior Relationship Managers with proven expertise in managing premium client portfolios.
Successful candidates will be expected to possess strong networking skills, excellent knowledge of customized financial solutions, and a customer-centric mindset to grow portfolios and deliver a world-class banking experience.
This is a high-level opportunity to have a direct impact on business growth, customer loyalty, and profitability, while strengthening NFC BANK’s presence across the country. Main missions Acquire new premium customers Retain and develop existing relationships by offering high-end service. Offer financial solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. Generate sustainable revenue by achieving set financial objectives. Required skills Service-oriented and customer-focused. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Solid financial knowledge. Strong networking skills. Communication and influence to build trust. Discretion and secure management of sensitive data. Resilience and results-oriented. Key responsibilities Manage relationships with high-value customers. Identify financial needs and recommend personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal departments for an optimal customer experience.
Adhere to confidentiality, ethics, and compliance standards.
Contribute to business growth.
Ideal candidate profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in premium client management. Proven experience in premium portfolio management.
Degree in Finance, Wealth Management, Economics, or equivalent (Master’s degree preferred).
Very good knowledge of the Cameroonian banking and financial sector.
