As part of the ODERATE Project, we are looking, on behalf of the Parliamentary Program for Support and Assistance to Decentralization in the Republic of Cameroon:
10 INTERNATIONAL ELECTION OBSERVERS OPPORTUNITIES

In addition to the mission of Parliamentary Relay Agents that they are called upon to assume within the framework of parliamentary control of government action in the promotion of local democracy in relation to the implementation of the ODERATE Project, people trained and successfully assessed after training could also apply with the best chances to serve as an Observer on behalf of an international organization involved in election observation missions (Francophonie, Commonwealth, African Union, European Union, ECCAS, etc.)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Classical Bachelor’s degree, Professional Bachelor’s degree, any other equivalent diploma.
NB: Female candidates are strongly encouraged.
