TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL ENGINEERS (M/F).
Missions
After a period of immersion in our
products, solutions and methods, you will be
responsible for prospecting and developing business and administrative
customers .
Attached to the operations department
, this job requires
close collaboration with the various departments
(production, marketing, after-sales,
finance,…). The Technical Sales Engineer
must also be in constant contact with his
client (individual or company). In particular , you will be
responsible for:
 Preparing and transmitting its
commercial action plan as well as any
other reporting that may be requested.
 Develop the customer portfolio in a
well-defined geographical area by
prospecting new customers and
retaining existing customers;
 Analyze customer needs and problems

 Manage the delivery of offers to customers
until order taking, through
commercial negotiation,
 Install or supervise the installation of the
materials, equipment, infrastructure
and/or solutions sold, test them and
ensure their commissioning;
 Accompany customers and prospects, from
order taking to
technical follow-up;
 Participate in Accent Media’s commercial policy
via: Ensure the drafting
and design of technical commercial offers,
 Perform regular reporting
using the tools in place (CRM type
and others): on current business
, competitive intelligence , the
market, etc.
 Carry out certifying training online
or face-to-face, participation in
trade fairs, as an
exhibitor and visitor.
Skills
 02 to 03 years in the sale of products and
solutions in the technical
and technological fields. Participation in the
realization of projects in the
same fields.
 Good interpersonal skills
 Ability to convince and negotiate  Good knowledge of sales
techniques  Perfect technical knowledge of products (how they work and the market)  Use of office software  Availability, ability to listen, responsiveness and tenacity  Ability to work in a team  Practice of English  Higher technical training in the fields of Renewable energy /

Electrotechnics / Electricity /
Electronics,
 Proven experience in direct sales
of technical solutions in the
industrial world,
 Ideally with sales experience
in the field of energy storage or renewable
energies , but not essential,  Good understanding of technical environments to propose the appropriate solutions for the company,  Mastery of the English language,  Good interpersonal skills as well as good written and oral communication with customers,  Strong ability to work in a team, Engineer training specialized in an industrial sector ,

technical (electronics, automation,
mechanics, etc.) or IT, electricity, etc.
Senior technician in the same
fields.
Additional training in
commerce/marketing/sales/customer relations or a
specialized master’s degree (MS) from a higher
business school will be considered an
advantage.

career development opportunities. The Technical –
Sales Engineer will be recruited or can quickly
progress to a management position as
product manager, sales manager,
department head and country sales manager.
