MISSIONS

• Participate in the purchase, control and storage of kitchen ingredients
• Gather the necessary ingredients for the preparation of dishes
• Peeling, cutting or chopping vegetables
• Respect the technical sheets in the proper execution of culinary preparations
• Ensure the maintenance of the kitchen and equipment
• Scrupulously respect the rules of hygiene and safety.

SKILLS

• Know how to use equipment and different kitchen utensils correctly
• Mastering the cold chain and food preservation methods
• Know packaging, cleaning and disinfection procedures
• Know and respect the rules of hygiene and food safety.
