A local company is recruiting 01Bilingual Operational & Commercial Manager
Main missions
Operational monitoring of the activity:
- Supervision of day-to-day operations
- Follow-up of exchanges between the sales team and customers
- End-to-end order management: order,
Delivery, collection of customer returns
- Follow-up of the good performance of the premises
- Management of the relationship with suppliers and the various
Logistics Partners
- Monitoring and improving the quality of customer service
- Contribution to the implementation of processes, their optimization and ensures compliance with these processes by the team
Sales team management
- Day-to-day management of the sales team: setting objectives, monitoring performance
- Training the sales team in best practices
- Continuous proposal of growth and development strategy to management
- Proposal and implementation of action plans to achieve the objectives set, in conjunction with management
- Contribution to budget preparation and expenditure monitoring
- Reporting to management at the end of the day

PROFILE
- You have at least 4 years’ experience in sales or logistics
- You have a keen sense of organization and are very rigorous
- You are a very good communicator, you know how to talk to customers, you have good interpersonal skills
- You have negotiation skills
- You are comfortable with digital tools
- You have a creative mind
- You know how to report the blocking points to management
- You have a good command of social networks Instagram, Facebook
- You demonstrate excellent written (no spelling mistakes) and oral expression
- You are ambitious, enjoy challenges and accomplish great things
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are hardworking and enthusiastic
N.B: Your remuneration will consist of a fixed + variable depending on performance
