University degree in biology
Professional bachelor’s degree in commerce
Nursing diploma
Professional training diploma in pharmacy assistant
Working hours: 7:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. / 7:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. from Monday to Sunday

Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience in pharmacy sales
Missions
The pharmacy assistant’s role is to assist pharmacists, in particular:
– Welcoming customers
Deciphering prescriptions
– Substituting patients’ products
– Preparing medications
Providing ancillary services
Reporting to assistant pharmacists the performance relating to
customer satisfaction
– Contributing to the training of trainees –
also contributing to the management of the pharmacy
The pharmacy assistant
Main activities
* cleans the sales area, the windows and the product presentation supports
* Places the products in the shelves
Participates in animation actions
* Manages stocks: he prepares the order, receives the products, carries out
control operations, carries out restocking and participates in supply
* Measures the attractiveness of the department (or commercial space), measures
commercial performance, compares objectives to achievements and formulates proposals
Applies hygiene and safety rules related to products, equipment and
premises and related to people, customers
* Makes sales: he qualifies the clientele and uses a sales pitch, he
advises, handles complaints and concludes the sale
* Contributes to customer loyalty, participates in the measurement of
customer loyalty and satisfaction and participates in actions to develop
customer satisfaction and loyalty
