Accountant needed at AUTO 22 INDUSTRY SARL Douala
AUTO 22 INDUSTRY, a dynamic and growing company in the industrial parts supply sector in Douala, is looking for an experienced and rigorous Accountant to strengthen its financial team. Main Missions

Under the direct supervision of the General Management, the Accountant’s main missions will be:

General Accounting:

Enter and control all accounting transactions (purchases, sales, banking, cash, various operations).
Ensure the lettering and reconciliation of accounts.
Carry out daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
Monitor fixed assets and depreciation.
Manage staff expense reports.
Cash Management and Payments:

Monitor customer and supplier accounts: issue invoices, monitor receipts and disbursements, customer reminders.
Prepare supplier payments and bank transfers.

Manage petty cash and associated supporting documents.
Tax and Social Declarations:

Prepare the necessary elements for tax declarations (VAT, IS, advance payments, etc.)
Make social declarations (CNPS, payroll taxes).
Preparation of Financial Statements:

Prepare interim statements.
Prepare the balance sheet and annual income statement.
Analyze variances and justify balances.
Other Missions:

Ensure the rigorous classification and archiving of accounting and supporting documents.
Update financial activity monitoring dashboards.

Participate in the optimization of internal accounting procedures.
Collaborate with other departments for the smooth running of operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

Minimum of a BTS in Accounting and Management, DUT GEA finance-accounting option or a Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences / Accounting.
Experience:

At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, in commerce.
Technical Skills:

Perfect mastery of accounting principles (PCG Camerounais if applicable) and current tax standards.
Mastery of one or more accounting software (Sage Compta, Ciel Compta, or equivalent) is essential.
Excellent mastery of Excel (advanced functions, dynamic pivot tables).
Good knowledge of the Office Pack (Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of cash and cash management techniques.
