Location: Douala – Cameroon

Nature of the contract: Permanent contract
Main missions:
Reporting to the Sales Production Manager, your mission will be to facilitate the management of the
sales process within the direct sales network and respond effectively to the various requests and complaints from the
sales teams.
Job content:
• Process and monitor sales (Cash and Transfer Order) with a view to issuing contracts
• Manage customer relations with sales representatives and cash register operators
• Manage the social benefits and remuneration of the Sales team
• Manage complaints from the Sales teams
• Analyze and monitor customer requests and propose solutions adapted to needs
• Identify and report malfunctions for rapid correction
• Propose solutions to reduce delays and improve the quality of service
• Provide regular activity reports.
Required profile:
◦ Diploma: Bac+3 minimum in banking, insurance, sales and marketing or related fields
◦ Experience: Young graduate, 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, bancassurance, finance or marketing,
ideally in one of the following sectors: insurance, banking, services, FMCG.
