We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admistrative Assistant who is fluent in English and French for our client in a leading-edge engineering consulting firm renowned for its innovative solutions across all engineering fields, The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensure the office functions effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including but not limited to managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
Manage correspondence, including drafting emails, responding to inquiries, and distributing mail.
Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks in Excel.
Utilize general computer skills to perform various administrative tasks efficiently.
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders in both English and French (written and spoken).
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team’s needs.
Requirements:

Perfect mastery of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong general computer skills and proficiency in using various office software.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French.
Minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree (1st degree) in Accounting, Management, or a related field.
Previous administrative experience is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and proactive attitude.
Starting salary: 80,000 XAF/Month
