Administrative Assistants Needed
Missions:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail processing
- Manage the general manager’s incoming and outgoing phone calls and schedule
- Organize the classification and management of the general manager’s archives
- Arrange the general manager’s physical reception of visitors
- Prepare the general manager’s travel arrangements (plane tickets, hotel, administrative procedures, etc.)
- Etc…
Profile:
- Minimum BAC+3 HND/Degree in bilingual secretarial studies or law
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in French and English is essential
- Strong knowledge in general administration and the banking sector is an asset
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good mastery of office IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
- Mastery of translation/interpretation techniques
- Good physical presentation
