Africa Eye Foundation Cameroon (AEF), is recruiting Patient Counselors

Africa Eye Foundation Cameroon (AEF), is recruiting 02 Patient Counselors for its Magrabi ICO Cameroon Eye Institute (MICEI) hospital in Obak, on the road to Okola located about 10 km from Yaoundé.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting patients and offering assistance upon arrival at the hospital
• Inform, educate patients about their condition. Ocular and on the different treatment options proposed by the ophthalmologist.
• Conduct an analysis of the costs, benefits and needs of existing and potential clients to meet their needs
• Create, develop and maintain a positive environment for patients.
• Make calls to ensure patient follow-up and satisfaction
• Provide reports to management on patient needs.
• Continuously improve to increase the quality of services through patient suggestions.
• Answer phone calls and refer clients and patients

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES

• Proven professional experience as a client advisor
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Must have excellent subject matter skills. negotiation and communication.
• Ability to work long hours, often under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Be able to set priorities, manage your time well and get organized
• Be committed to continuing professional development
• Be highly motivated with goals, and proven experience in the field of sales.
• Having an HND/BTS in marketing would be an advantage.
• Be bilingual (English and French)
