ALM Creatives Studios looking for a qualified Accountant / Financial Analyst to join our team.
MISSION
Reporting to the General Management, you are responsible for all accounting and financial operations.
SPOTS
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Preparing budget estimates
- Publish financial statements and reports on time
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank and bill payments
- Calculating taxes and preparing tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit and loss accounts
- Analyze project expenses
- Report on the financial health of the company and liquidity
- Ensure the confidentiality of financial data and perform database backups if necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance
- Prepare reports and projections based on analysis
- Evaluate capital expenditures and current depreciation
- Explore investment opportunities
- Establish and evaluate profit plans
- Intervene as a community manager whenever necessary
PROFILE
- Bac +2 / 3 in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of project management would be an asset
- Experience in digital would be an asset
