BACK-OFFICE AGENT IN CHARGE OF TRANSACTIONS AND TERMINAL MONITORING
JOB OFFER – BACK-OFFICE AGENT IN CHARGE OF
TRANSACTIONS AND TERMINAL MONITORING
Location: Yaoundé – Cameroon
Reporting to: Information Systems and Development Department
– ​​General Management
Your main missions:
As the cornerstone of the fluidity of electronic transactions, you will be responsible
for:
 Transaction Management: Process, control, monitor and validate
electronic transactions on a daily basis.
 Customer Support & Incident Resolution: Handle customer complaints and resolve
transaction-related incidents.
 Control & Compliance: Perform balance verification and
accounting reconciliations.
Your daily activities:
 Network Monitoring: Supervise the proper functioning and availability of
terminals (POS, ATMs, etc.).
 Anomaly Management: Identify, analyze and report anomalies in
electronic payment flows; diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions in connection with
service providers.
 Reporting & Monitoring: Establish periodic reports (daily, weekly,
monthly) on the status of terminals, network performance and keep dashboards up to date
.
 Projects & Training: Participate in the testing, deployment and updates of
equipment. Train and support agencies on the use of electronic payment tools.
Required profile
Training:
 Bac+2 or Bac+3 in IT, Information Systems, Electronic Payment, Networks &
Telecoms or Banking/Finance with digital specialization.
Experience:  1 to 2 years minimum in a similar role, ideally in a banking or microfinance
environment . Technical skills  Mastery of banking operations and financial products;  Comfortable with IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data management systems;  Good knowledge of electronic payment solutions and the electronic payment ecosystem (POS, TPE, ATM, etc.). Personal skills  Rigor, analytical skills and responsiveness;  Ability to work under pressure;  Discretion, integrity and a sense of internal customer service. Do you want to join a growing company and contribute to the performance of its electronic payment system?
