POSITIONS: Bakery/Pastry Managers.
FILING OF FILES: GENERAL MANAGEMENT (Yaoundé/Bastos)
*MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:*
– Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase turnover and improve the visibility of the company;
– Ensure the permanent presence of products;
– Establish and manage budgets and production plans to meet customer needs;
– Control costs and expenses, including operating costs;
– Plan team training and retraining;
– Be responsible for setting up and monitoring production, storage and sales processes;
– Analyze costs and margins to optimize the company’s profitability and preserve profits;
– Promote and develop sales;
– Ensure compliance with food and labor safety regulations and standards;
– Plan and organize production to meet customer needs and company objectives;
– Control the quality of products and manufacturing processes;
– Establish and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and expectations
– Propose solutions to meet specific customer requests;
– Manage customer claims and complaints.
