BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA recruits for one of its clients, in the pharmaceutical and biomedical products distribution sector: ONE (01) MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER (Ref. RMC0122)

MISSIONS

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your main missions will be:

• Develop the company’s marketing strategy;
• Identify and implement tools for market knowledge and strategic monitoring in order to monitor the practices of competitors and those of companies in the sector at national and international level;

• Define the company’s marketing policy and then develop the communication strategy;
• Participate in the development and implementation of trade policy;
• Develop, implement or improve marketing methods;
• Analyze the company’s communication capabilities;
• Analyze the market (customer needs and expectations) and detect development opportunities,
• Organize, coordinate and animate the marketing team;
