Bilingual Remote Customer Support (German-English/Spanish- English)

We are looking for dynamic young people who speak German first and foremost and English, and a second wave Spanish mainly and English .

We are looking for a knowledgeable customer support professional to join our remote team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality technical support to customers, answering their questions and efficiently resolving any issues encountered.

Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional technical support to customers via remote communication channels.

– Proactively and accurately respond to customer queries and resolve their issues efficiently.

– Collaborate with the team to identify problem trends and propose sustainable solutions.

– Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Requirements:

– Exceptional command of German – English and/or Spanish – English.

– Outstanding communication skills and proven problem-solving skills.

– Ability to work independently while being an effective member of the team.

– Optional knowledge of Portuguese and French is a plus.

– Previous experience in a similar role is strongly desired.

– Ability to be self-taught and quickly learn new tools and processes.
