Bloosat SA recruits several Telecom Network Technicians

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform end-to-end installations and configuration of VSAT sites;
• Ensure periodic visits for maintenance actions on the various VSAT sites deployed
• Ensure the drafting and regular updating of documentation relating to the sites where the work is implemented (installation report, maintenance report and many others)
• Assist and advise users during the implementation of systems;
• Carry out preventive maintenance, update equipment; contribute to the evolution of the network as needed;

• Intervene in case of failure, diagnose and resolve malfunctions
• Order hardware, cables or devices as part of a system repair or renewal;
• Provide technical support during a commercial approach;
• Ensure QHSE standards are applied and adhered to during on-site tasks;
• Respect the deadlines set for the work;
• Provide technical support for VSAT customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Good mastery of VSAT Technologies and variants;
• Very good command of Network Protocols (TCP/IP);
• Good mastery of network equipment (Router, Switch, AP, etc.);
• Very good computer skills;
• Strong analytical capabilities allowing logical and fast data processing;
• Telephone fluency;
• Perfect command of French (written and oral);
• Knowledge of different operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
• Master the realization of a SURVEY

Your background?

• Ideally IT / Telecom training (minimum Bac + 2);
• A first successful experience in the installation and maintenance of C-Band and Ka-band VSAT stations would be appreciated
• AGE: 25 – 35 YEARS
• PRO EXPERIENCE: 01 YEAR MINIMUM
