Job Description
To ensure business continuity, ADIALEA CAMEROUN SA is recruiting a B2B MANAGER. The position is based in Douala.
Duties:
In strict compliance with the brand’s standards and under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the incumbent will primarily be responsible for the following tasks:
Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction for both parties.
Build loyalty with current clients by seeking new ones.
Define a sales approach strategy in collaboration with the Director of Operations.
Find and foster new partnerships within targeted companies.
Respond to calls for tenders. Negotiate commercial offers
Monitor client files and after-sales monitoring.
Analyze the market and maintain competitive intelligence.
Job start date: October 1, 2025
Required profile:
Baccalaureate + 4/5 years of Business School
Experience in Sales/
Experience in Marketing
French/English
Technical skills:
Knowledge of the company’s business and activities (customers, competition, etc.),
Knowledge of communication techniques (written, oral, etc.),
Knowledge of B2B negotiation techniques,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Soft skills:
Strong initiative,
Enthusiastic and dynamic.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
