CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF DATA COLLECTORS
TAMMOUNDE is a non-governmental, humanitarian and non-profit organization created in 2009 whose goal is to work for a sustainable and effective promotion of local development in order to contribute to the building of a just and equitable society with the responsible participation of all social classes, especially the most deprived. It intervenes in the areas of food security, health, nutrition, infrastructure rehabilitation, water and sanitation, functional literacy, support for elected local actors and community development in general in the Far North region.
In view of the implementation of its activities in the Far North Region of Cameroon, Tammounde is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of ten (10) Data COllectors.

POSITION:    Survey agents
STATUS: Daily/Temporary/Poultry

DESCRIPTION THE JOBS
MISSION:     The survey agents’ main mission is to collect data based on questionnaires and interview guides and/or a smartphone. They can contribute to awareness-raising and community mobilization for the implementation of Tammounde Speranza projects. They are under the authority of the SERA manager.
The trained surveyors will enter the pool and will be requested to carry out activities during the period of the service contract and paid according to the time sheet. The amenities necessary for carrying out their tasks are the responsibility of the organization.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES •     The survey agent must:
Collect data from beneficiaries;
Conduct interviews in accordance with the established procedures; transcribe the data collected;
Completed the data collection report sheet Precisely:

II/EIIe participates in focus groups

    He/She administers questionnaires
II/EIIe enters data
II/EIIe participates in maintaining humanitarian monitoring
He/She administers questionnaires
II/EIIe participates in EMS/PDM/targeting
II/EIIe carries out all other activities assigned by the hierarchy.
Ensure strict compliance with the code of conduct; the internal procedures policy and the confidentiality of the data collected;

Maintain a high level of respect for partners and beneficiaries at all times and at each stage of the data collection process
Identify the target people and explain to them the nature of the survey process REQUIRED
SKILLS AND
QUALIFICATIONS
Level of education: minimum BACCALAUREATE;
Have a good command of IT and data collection tools.
Know how to use a smartphone
Have a good knowledge of the geographical context of the target area and/or Diamaré;
Have at least one experience as an investigation agent; Good command of the local languages ​​of the Region; Be aged 18 to 39 Good organizational and autonomy skills.
