• Carry out pre-operational and regulatory technical checks
•  Replace defective parts (engine, pumps, regulating organs, gearbox, clutch, air conditioning, etc.)
• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of machines
• Monitor spare parts stocks with your hierarchy
•  Systematically check the operation of the machines and make the necessary arrangements for interventions
•  Ensure compliance with health & safety standards in workshops
• Prepare reports on the maintenance of the equipment in his charge.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

TRAINING

• BAC+2 in After-Sales Automotive Maintenance or equivalent diploma
• At least 2 years in heavy equipment maintenance
• Having a Driving License (B, C, D, E, G) would be an asset

TECHNICAL SKILLS

•  Know how motors work (electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.)
• Know how to use maintenance manuals
• Master diagnostic tools
• Identify and interpret a hydraulic diagram
•  Able to analyze breakdowns and provide rapid and optimal innovative solutions
•  Know how to use IT tools for fault detection and CMMS
• Know how to use geometry equipment, lifting, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
• Know the health & safety rules
