MEDICAL ACCESSORIES FOR STRENGTHENING THE
TECHNICAL PLATFORMS OF HEALTH TRAINING IN THE HEALTH DISTRICTS
OF YOKO, MALATOUEN, CDT HD-BANKIM, CMA

1 – PURPOSE OF THE CALL FOR TENDERS
The Country Coordinator of the FAIRMED FOUNDATION Cameroon is launching a national call for tenders for the
supply of medical equipment and medical accessories to strengthen the technical platforms of
fifteen (15) health facilities in the health districts of Yoko, Malantouen, CDT HD BANKIM, CMA Magba and CMA Ngambe-Tikar as part of the implementation of the activities of the
MAPE Health Project of the FAIRMED Cameroon Foundation.

2 – PARTICIPATION
This Call for Tenders is aimed at legal or natural persons having their head office in
Cameroon and competent in the sale of medical equipment, including
medical accessories.
3 – CONSULTATION OF THE CALL FOR TENDER FILE
The tender file can be consulted at the following hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., at the
FAIRMED Cameroon Office Secretariat, in Yaoundé located at the new Omnisport route, SODEPA entrance
upon publication of this notice.
4 – DEADLINE FOR RECEIVABILITY OF OFFERS
Each offer written in French and in three (03) copies including one (1) original and two (02) copies
respectively marked as such must reach the secretariat of the FAIRMED foundation no later
than March 1, 2024 at 12:30 p.m.; local hour.
