JOB OFFER – CASHIER MANAGER
Location: Yaoundé – Cameroon
Reporting to: Branch & General Management
Main missions
The Cashier Manager ensures the supervision and proper execution of cashier operations, as well as
the management of cashier staff. In this role, he/she will be responsible for:
 Welcoming and advising customers;
 Recording and monitoring transactions;
 Managing financial operations (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers);
 Ensuring the documentation and archiving of operations;
 Supervising, training and motivating the cashier team.
Main activities
 Receiving and processing deposits and withdrawals;
 Managing and monitoring customer accounts;
 Supervising cashier staff (organizing, monitoring, training);
 Verifying and validating the accuracy of transactions;

 Provision of information on financial products and services;
 Strict application of financial standards and regulations;
 Management and security of cash and entrusted assets;
 Identification and reporting of anomalies or irregularities;
 Control of balances and monitoring of account movements.
Desired profile
Training and experience:
 Bac+2 to Bac+4 in financial management, accounting, sales or related field (asset);
 Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a banking or
microfinance environment.
Technical and managerial skills:
 Ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team;
 Good command of banking software (Amplitude);
 Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word);
 Organizational skills, rigor and responsiveness;
 Ability to work under pressure and quickly analyze situations;
 Honesty, integrity, discretion and excellent presentation.
