YOUR MISSIONS
The chassis technician performs quality maintenance and repairs on mechanical parts within the allotted time, using construction methods.
He also performs diagnostics and all the work in his section with a view to customer satisfaction.
MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE FUNCTION
Control of the organs using modern information systems, such as electronic documentation (SIS) and the formulation of a diagnosis,
Assembly and disassembly of hydraulic organs (winches, gearbox, hydraulic pumps, transmission circuit); Repair, assembly and adjustment of transmission organs using special tools and appropriate equipment in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions; Verification of the conformity of the intervention in terms of functionality and performance, Test on the organs following the repair on a hydraulic test bench, in order to make the final adjustment or to carry out routine diagnostics, Writing of technical reports after each repair Participation in the tidying up and cleaning of the workshop.
REQUIRED SKILLS Be a Caterpillar technician; Use repair and maintenance tools; Master the rules of hygiene and safety, Practice operational English, Have good adaptability, Communicate with ease.
PROFILE o BAC +2 in mechanics or electricity. Relevant expertise or experience in electromechanics would be an asset. 0 2 years of experience in a similar position.
