ECIC is recruiting an Operational Controller
OPERATIONAL CONTROLLER
MISSIONS
- Maintain agency accounts in accordance with internal procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and tax compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures by staff
- Check the conformity and sincerity of daily operations
- Ensure the profitability of the production unit
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Chronological processing of accounting transactions
- Maintaining agency accounts
- Application and updating of internal management procedures
- Participation in the establishment of a control framework
- Monitoring the archiving of documents
- Assistance in the preparation of financial statements
- Participation in agency collection
- Account lettering
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Computer skills
- Mastery of banking software
- Ability to detect numerical or procedural errors
PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Organization and rigor
- Good interpersonal skills and listening skills
- Diplomacy
- Critical and alert mind
- Writing, analysis and synthesis skills
- Respect of deadlines
- Endurance
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Training: minimum A Levels/Bac + 3 in Finance Accounting or Management Control, preferably with a G2 Baccalaureate. That have a degree
- Experience: minimum 3 years in the banking or microfinance sector, including at least 2 years in a similar position
