RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the implementation of new IT resources
- Diagnose incidents on the computer park
- Perform preventive and curative maintenance tasks
- Perform inventory of IT consumables
- Supporting business users
- Make proposals for a better monitoring of the computer park
- Participate in the computerization processes of the information system
- Verify server security policies
- Coordinate the creation of user accounts on servers
- Ensure server maintenance
