RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the implementation of new IT resources
• Diagnose incidents on the computer park
• Perform preventive and curative maintenance tasks
• Perform inventory of IT consumables

• Supporting business users
• Make proposals for a better monitoring of the computer park
• Participate in the computerization processes of the information system
• Verify server security policies
• Coordinate the creation of user accounts on servers
• Ensure server maintenance
