JOB OFFER – CONTROLLER

Location: Yaoundé – Cameroon
Reporting lines: Permanent Controller-General Management
Main missions
The Controller’s mission is to ensure within the company the implementation and monitoring of the
internal control system by carrying out internal control missions and compliance . In this capacity, he/she will be responsible for:  Monitoring of accounts;  Control of cash registers;  Ensuring compliance with prudential standards;  Ensuring compliance with procedures;  Identifying new risks and proposing corrective measures;  Monitoring of operations in the MIS;  Monitoring of accounting days of the network’s agencies. Desired profile Training and experience:  BAC+4 or BAC+5 in auditing and management control, management science, finance or accounting;  05 years of experience in an audit firm or a controller position with skills acquired in the technical field of audit and control, corporate financial analysis, accounting, organization and management. Technical skills:  Mastery of COBAC regulations;  Mastery of IT tools and accounting software packages;  Good knowledge of administrative procedures in microfinance;  Skills in management, audit, consulting and financial control. Personal skills:  Organization, rigor and method;  Ability to analyze, synthesize and make decisions;  Sense of responsibility and strength of proposal;  Versatility and ability to prioritize activities;  Good oral and written communication;  Resistance to stress and critical thinking. Are you passionate about control and want to grow in a dynamic financial institution?
