Description

Main missions and activities:

  •  Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts
  •         Meet regularly with managers of client companies to identify business opportunities and ensure that client needs are met
  • Keep informed of structural developments in client companies, in order to encourage placements of new lines
  • Propose customer loyalty actions to your hierarchy
  • Work in synergy with the Corporate Sales Manager and Business Development for value-added solutions

 

  •  Prospect for new clients of major corporate accounts
  • Keep informed of structural developments in the market, in order to detect companies (customers or prospects) likely to become major accounts
  • Prepare, in conjunction with the General Secretariat, commercial contracts specific to Key Accounts
  • Establish contacts at high hierarchical levels (General Management, Finance and Sales) in order to convince decision-makers to make significant purchasing volumes
  • Inform your hierarchy of internal development projects in companies
  •  Ensure reporting of its activity
  • Submit a weekly action plan to your hierarchy
  • Provide periodic reporting to your hierarchy

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications required:

Typical training: BAC + 3 Engineer in Telecommunications, IT & Networks, commerce, sales, Marketing

Minimum experience: 2 years in the B2B commercial field in the Corporate, Public Sector, Non-Governmental Organizations market segments
