DATA ANALYST NEEDED

·          Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analysis tools and other strategies that optimize the efficiency and quality of statistics

·          Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and manage databases/data systems

·          Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets

·          Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printed documents and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

·          Work collaboratively with management to prioritize business needs, as well as information needs

·          Identify and define new opportunities for process improvement

·          Analyze data to transform it into actionable information

·          Create and maintain company databases

REQUIRED SKILLS

Academic level: BACC+4 in statistics

Professional experience: at least 1 year in a similar position in the commercial cosmetics sector.

The post holder must have:

·          Proven work experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

·          Advanced skills in statistics and mathematics

·          Knowledge of programming languages ​​(SQL, Python, R, VBA etc…)

·          Knowledge of DBMS (data base, management, system), programming (ETL structures, XML or Javascript)

·          Knowledge of ”Business Intelligence” instruments

·          Technical expertise in data models, development ,  database design and segmentation techniques

·          Solid knowledge and experience of reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.)

·          Knowledge of statistics and experience in using statistical packages for analysis of data sets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

·          Strong  analytical skills  with the ability to collect, organize and distribute large volumes of information while maintaining close attention to detail and accuracy

·          Ability to manage queries, write reports and present results

·          Manage projects
